From 1985 to 1988, fifteen original series of Garbage Pail Kids trading cards were released in the United States. The success of the trading cards even led to the production of a live-action movie, The Garbage Pail Kids Movie (1987), which is considered to be one of the worst films ever created, with a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

As a nostalgic staple for children of the 80's and 90's, Greenlight's upcoming release is sure to quickly become a crowd favorite. Each themed model includes a collectible sticker, reminiscent of the original trading card stickers.

In addition, GPK artist Joe Simko has partnered with Greenlight to create Clutch Clint, a brand new character with custom artwork to accompany the newly released 2012 Dodge Challenger (#54010-F).

GreenLight's Anniversary Collection

The Anniversary Collection from GreenLight celebrates the legacy of several iconic American car producers: Dodge, Ford, and Jeep.

The Dodge Brothers must have done something right back in 1913 to make Dodge last for over 100 years. Celebrate Dodge in this collection with the 1967 Coronet R/T and the 1970 Challenger R/T.

The Mustang has been an iconic muscle car for some time, and this handsome car turned 50 this year! Check out the 1968 Mustang GT and the 1993 Police Mustang, both of which are memorialized here in 1/64 scale!

Who could forget about the Jeep Wrangler? First produced in 1987, the Jeep Wrangler replaced the long-lived CJ series making it a "civilized" jeep. Over the past 70 years the look and features have changed, but the Jeep brand will always be recognized throughout the world and will, according to Jeep's website, "forever be tied to freedom, capability, and adventure."

Be sure you pick up your Anniversary Collection at 3000toys.com. Remember you can also purchase this set in a case and have a chance at finding a Green Machine, which only makes up 2% of the production run.
