Throwback TV Police Cars from Greenlight!

In the Seventies, patrol cars from Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, and others were readily found on the streets, as well as on many popular shows on television. Greenlight has recreated some of these familiar cars with true-to-scale detail, real rubber tires, and authentic TV show decoration. The functioning doors on these officially licensed replicas open to reveal the detailed interior.

Speed is an important aspect in a car, even more so if there's any chance of a high-speed car chase. One of the most recognizable cop cars from 70's tv shows like The Dukes of Hazzard and The A-Team is the Plymouth Fury, available now at 3000toys.com. In addition, the Hazzard County Sheriff Fury pairs perfectly with The General Lee (#964) by American Muscle, in stock only while supplies last.

Although these patrol cars are harder to find than they once were, there are many 1/18 scale options available to add to collections. Similar to the Plymouth Fury, the Dodge Monaco was another popular choice for police squads. One example of the 1977 Monaco was featured in The Terminator.

In addition to those currently available above, pre-orders have opened for upcoming releases expected this summer. Check out the Beverly Hills Cop (#19069) 1977 Plymouth Fury and Friday the 13th (#19068)1978 Dodge Monaco.

With all these choices, it's impossible not to find a patrol car you will love. Shop our selection of police vehicles and other emergency vehicles at 3000toys.com!
