New WSI Liebherr Cranes

Just Arrived!

This week we just received three New WSI cranes in 1/50 scale.  They are made of mostly diecast metal with only a few plastic parts.

WSI is known for their highly detailed cranes, and these three models are no exception. Their features include:

• Detailed cab interior
• Extendable boom and realistic cabling
• Working outriggers and hazard lighting
• Authentic graphics
• Realistic hub detailing and authentic tire tread

First we have WSI, #04-1067, Feuerwehr Berlin's Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 Mobile Crane. As you can see it has all of the above features but it also has a nicely detailed tool box on the rear of the crane. 

 

Next we have WSI, #02-1408, Ainscough's Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1 Crane. Look at how the boom extends with the outriggers in place for stability. 

 

Last but certainly not least is the WSI, #04-1080, Liebherr LTM 1350 - 6.1 Truck Mounted Crane. This crane has six axles instead of just three like the two cranes above. It also has nicely modeled hand rails on the platform.
