Everyone loves a superhero. I think the reason for this is that, while their stories are far-fetched, they are also relatable. Take for example the nerdy kid who got bitten by a spider and developed the ability to shoot webs from his wrists. He was a normal kid; now he’s Spider-Man. There’s an element of “what if it happened to me?” in stories like these, and they challenge us to act justly in our everyday lives.
